Tori English is a graphic designer, illustrator, and art director based in Calgary. After graduating with distinction from the Alberta University of the Arts, she built her career across arts organizations and design studios before stepping into full-time independent work.

At the heart of Tori’s practice is a love of creating. Her work is thoughtful, playful, and distinctly human, balancing strong conceptual ideas with delightful details.

She believes good design should be as functional as it is beautiful. Tori loves creating brands that don’t just look good at launch, but give clients the tools and confidence to use them, grow with them, and make them their own. She remains deeply invested in the value of curiosity, craft, collaboration, and work made by humans. 

Tori works as an independent creative out of her home in Calgary, Alberta.

I design brands from the ground up, as well as rebrands. We start with a discovery session, getting to the core of who you are as a brand and what sets to apart from your competitors. From there, I create two fully flushed out options with real world applications so you can see how your brand will come to life. You choose a direction and we refine until you’re in love.
